KUP Cell-Free RNA Blood Collection Tube can stabilize cell-free RNA in plasma as well as prevent blood cells from releasing RNA after blood draw. Both cfRNA and cellular RNA can be isolated and purified from whole blood for further analysis.

Two different blood samples were collected by using KUP and S-Brand cfRNA blood collection tube and stored at room temperature. Extracted nucleic acid(cfRNA) from the first days to the fourth day, and detect the 18s, GAPDH and Actin genes by multiplex fluorescent PCR
Fig. The CT values of GAPDH and Actin did not change significantly with time, and there was no significant difference compared with the data of S-Brand Tube, which suggests that KUP Tube inhibited cfRNA degradation effectively
